1. Access Policy The host must provide clear and safe access to the property at the scheduled time. Any delays due to access issues may result in a rescheduling fee. 2. Pre-Existing Damage Policy Ivanna Cleaning Services LLC is not responsible for any damage found in the property prior to the cleaning service. If cleaners encounter: ā¾Broken items ā¾Stains ā¾Furniture damage ā¾Missing items ā¾Property misuse ā¾Excessive mess We will immediately: āļø Stop and document the issue āļø Take photos āļø Provide a report to the host āļø Continue cleaning only the unaffected areas This policy applies to ALL Airbnb services, including post-party cleaning. 3. Post-Party / Excessive Mess Policy If cleaners arrive and find: ā¾Trash overflow ā¾Spills ā¾Sticky floors ā¾Food waste ā¾Alcohol residue ā¾Pet mess ā¾Bodily fluids ā¾Vandalism ā¾Broken glass ā¾Major stains A Post-Party Cleaning Add-On is required. This will be added automatically if the condition of the property requires it. Excessive mess may result in a higher fee depending on the condition of the home. 4. Laundry Policy Hosts must provide: ā¾Clean linens ā¾Clean towels ā¾Extra sets (if required) Laundry service is only included if selected as an Add-On. If no laundry is provided, beds will be left unmade. 5. Restocking Policy Restocking of toiletries, trash bags, soap, or consumables is only included if the Restocking Add-On is selected. Hosts must supply the materials. 6. Safety & Biohazard Policy We do not handle: ā¾Human or animal waste ā¾Blood ā¾Needles ā¾Mold ā¾Infestations ā¾Hazardous materials If encountered, cleaning will stop and the host will be notified. 7. Pets Policy Pet hair, odors, or pet-related mess requires the Pet Hair Removal Add-On. Aggressive or loose pets must be removed from the property before cleaners arrive. 8. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for: ā¾Excessive cleaning ā¾Post-party conditions ā¾Unscheduled laundry ā¾Missing supplies ā¾Delayed access 9. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 100% of the service fee. 10. Host Responsibilities The host is responsible for: ā¾Providing correct check-out/check-in times ā¾Supplying linens and essentials ā¾Ensuring property access ā¾Communicating special instructions ā¾Notifying us of pets, parties, or damages ā¾Providing gate codes
