At Ivanna Cleaning Services LLC, we work hard to provide consistent, high-quality cleaning services. We want every client to feel confident, protected, and satisfied with our work. This Refund Policy exolains when refunds apply and how they are processed.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued only in the following situations:
◾If a service was not completed due to an error on our part.
◾If the cleaning quality did not meet expectations and you notify us with 24 hour, including photos.
◾If we are unable to complete the service because of scheduling issue caused by us.
If eligible, we will either:
◾Return to correct the issue at no additional cost, or
◾Issue a partial or full refund depending on the situation.
Situations NOT Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be given when:
◾Incorrect or incomplete information was provide at booking (property size, rooms, or conditions).
◾The property is excessively dirty beyond normal expectations (heavy buildup, hoarding, biohazard, etc.).
◾There is no access to water, electricity, or the property at arrival.
◾Safety issues prevent us from completing the service.
◾The customer changes their mind after we arrive.
◾Conditions outside our control prevent completion of work.
Cancellation & No-Show Fees
◾Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment: 50% fee.
◾Same-day cancellations or last-minute rescheduling: $25 fee
◾No-Show (we cannot enter the property within 15 minutes): 100% service fee

Refund request submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
