Cancellation Policy

Booking & Access Policy Please ensure the property is completely empty and ready for cleaning at the scheduled time. Access must be provided through a key, code, or on-site contact. If the cleaners cannot enter the property upon arrival, the service may be rescheduled and a fee may apply. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for extra rooms, heavy buildup, or unexpected conditions not included in the original estimate. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged up to 100% of the service price, as this time slot is reserved exclusively for you. Condition Policy Move In/Out cleanings are performed on vacant properties only. If furniture or belongings remain inside, additional charges may apply or the service may be adjusted. Heavy trash removal or deep restoration is not included unless specified as an Add-On. Satisfaction Policy We strive for your full satisfaction. If any area is missed, please notify us within 24 hours after the service for a complimentary touch-up. Complaints submitted after this period may not qualify for adjustments.
