Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: All appointments must be confirmed with full or partial payment to secure your booking. Please ensure your contact details and property information are accurate. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance at no extra cost. Any reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee. Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning will incur a 50% charge of the total service amount. Cancellations made less than 3 hours before or after the cleaner has arrived will be charged 100% of the service total. No-shows are considered completed services and are non-refundable. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours after the service, and we’ll make it right.
