Terms & Conditions

1. Service Agreement

 

By booking a cleaning service with Ivanna Cleaning Services LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Services begin only after a confirmed booking is received.

2. Access to Property

​

Clients must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled time.

If cleaners cannot access the location within 15 minutes, the appointment may be canceled and a 100% no-show fee will apply.

​

 

3. Service Scope

​

Services are performed based on the cleaning type selected during booking.

Any additional tasks not included in the selected service are considered add-ons and may require extra fees.

4. Health & Safety

 

We cannot move heavy furniture, handle hazardous materials, or clean areas considered unsafe.

We reserve the right to stop a service if a property presents safety concerns.

5. Pets

 

Pets must be secured during service. We are not responsible for unrestrained pets or issues resulting from them.

6. Valuables & Breakage

 

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unstable items.

If accidental damage occurs during service, you must notify us within 24 hours with photos and details.

Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement up to $100 per incident.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours.

We will return to re-clean the reported area at no extra cost.

Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction—only re-cleaning.

8. Cancellations & Rescheduling

​

You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 -  24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellations within 48 - 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the service price.

9. Payment Terms

​

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

Unpaid invoices may incur late fees.

10 Prepared Home Policy

Please make sure that personal items, belongings, and obstacles are removed from floors, counters, and accessible areas. 

Cleaners cannot move heavy furniture or personal items.

​

11. Safety Policy:

For the safety of our cleaning staff, the client must provide a secure, respectful, and hazard-free environment at all times. 

Clients must ensure:

- Safe access to the property.

- Adequate lighting and safe surroundings.

- No aggressive individuals or dangerous situations present.

- No illegal activities on the premises.

-No harassment, threats, or unsafe behavior toward staff.

If at any moment our cleaners feel unsafe, threatened, or uncomfortable, they are authorized to leave the property immediately. No refunds will be issued. 

 

Important Notice:

Due to recent industry incidents where cleaners have been harmed or attacked at job sites, Ivanna Cleaning Services LLC enforces a zero-tolerance safety protocol. The client is fully responsible for providing a safe environment so staff can work without risk.

If safety cannot be guaranteed, service will be canceled on the spot and 100% of the service fee will be charged.

12. Damage & Liability Policy:

Our cleaners always work with care and professionalism. However, small accidents may happen.

If any unintentional damage occurs, the client must notify Ivanna cleanig Services LLC within 24 hours of the service. 

 

Please note:

Liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item, up to the amount paid for the service. 

By booking, the client agrees to these terms.​

13. Photos for Documentation

​​

We may take before/after photos for internal documentation only.

Photos of personal items or identifiable features will never be used publicly without written consent.

14. Changes to Terms

​​

Ivanna Cleaning Services LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
